Zero by 30: The Global Strategic Plan to end human deaths from dog-mediated rabies by 2030

In response to a global call to action made in 2015, the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE), the World Health Organisation (WHO), and the Global Alliance for Rabies Control (GARC) developed the country-centric Zero by 30: The Global Strategic Plan to end human deaths from dog-mediated rabies by 2030.
