African swine fever (ASF) virus continues to spread across the globe resulting in significant impacts on swine production systems. Coordinated efforts among all relevant stakeholders are needed to control this deadly disease. Public–Private Partnerships (PPPs) can optimise the unique strengths of both sectors when they are
well planned and well implemented. Moreover, such partnerships can often accomplish things that would be impossible were either sector operating on its own.
By joining forces to strengthen animal health systems through PPPs, we can make the global control of ASF a reality
