Chad: PVS Gap Analysis Report 2017 (in French)

Based on the observation that development efforts are the responsibility of the countries, a PVS gap analysis mission (or PVS costing mission) aims to help define the priorities and strategic actions that will enable a country’s Veterinary Services (VS) to improve their compliance with WOAH’s intergovernmental standards over a 5-year period, in line with the country’s main national guidelines.
