The first three members of official delegations from OIE Members and the first two members of official delegations from International Organisations that have signed an agreement with the OIE are exempt from paying the registration fees to participate to the General Session of the World Assembly of OIE Delegates. For the other eligible organisations, only one member is exempt of registration fees. This year, in order to encourage the participation of national focal points, the OIE has decided that these people will be exempt from registration fees in case the delegation would exceed three persons and provided that (these) focal point (s) has/have been notified to the OIE headquarters at least three months prior to the Assembly.

Following reception of the invitation letters sent by the OIE to the OIE Delegates of Members and the Director General of International Organisations that have signed an agreement with the OIE, the official delegations must register on the secure web site. Those members of delegations who are not exempt from paying the registration fees are invited to pay the fees (350€) while registering on the secure website (payment online or by bank transfer).
