The Observatory’s Monitoring: Towards Better Governance and Performance of Veterinary Services

The Performance of Veterinary Services (PVS) Pathway is WOAH’s flagship capacity building programme. It empowers Members to sustainably improve performance and provides insights on capacity across animal health services. Improved capacity enables Members to deliver improved animal health and welfare services, as defined in the Terrestrial Animal Health Code and Aquatic Animal Health Code. The Observatory assessed the uptake of these instruments by WOAH Members
