Uruguay: PVS Evaluation Report (in Spanish)

Following a request from Uruguay, on 16 July 2007 the Director Director General of the World Organisation for Animal Health, Dr Bernard Vallat, proposed to the Veterinary Services (VS) a team of certified experts to implement the PVS Evaluation Tool. This team was composed of Dr Peter Fernandez from the USA and Dr Eric Fermet-Quinet from France and the dates for the mission were 1 to 12 October 2007.
