Rwanda: PVS Evaluation Report (in French)

The Government of Rwanda, aware of the importance of the livestock sector, requested the World Organisation for Animal Health to carry out an assessment of the Veterinary Services using the P.V.S. (Performance of Veterinary Services) tool. An independent team was formed for this evaluation exercise, composed of Dr. Lala Lajput Beeharry from Mauritius and Dr. Patrice Gautier from France, two veterinarians accredited by the Organisation for the evaluation of Veterinary Services, using the P.V.S. tool.
