Panama: PVS Evaluation Report (in Spanish)

The evaluation mission of the World Organisation for Animal Health took place in Panama from 15 to 28 April 2007. Its purpose was to assist VS to determine their level of effectiveness, to identify gaps and weaknesses in their capacity in compliance with WOAH international standards, to share a vision with other stakeholders (including the private sector), to set priorities and to undertake strategic initiatives.
