Nigeria: PVS Evaluation Report

At the request of the Federal Department of Livestock and Pest Control Services (FDLPCS) of Nigeria, the World Organisation for Animal Health nominated Dr Walter MASIGA and Dr Bouna DIOP to carry out evaluation of Veterinary Services of Nigeria using the Performance, Vision and Strategy (PVS) tool.
