Following a request to the World Organisation for Animal Health from the Government of Belarus, an evaluation of the Veterinary Services based on the PVS (Performance of Veterinary Services) Tool and related methodology was conducted from 2 to 13 November 2015 by a team of three independent certified PVS assessors
